Welcome to New Plans Counseling

You want to feel more connected—to yourself, your relationships, your purpose. But lately, something feels stuck. Maybe it’s a persistent sense of loss, stress from caretaking, or tension in your marriage or family. You've tried to push through, telling yourself it’s just a season. Yet underneath, there's a quiet worry: Will this ever change?
You’ve given everything—your time, your energy, your all—but the exhaustion, frustration, or loneliness still lingers. Anxiety, grief, parenting struggles, relationship strain… it’s easy to feel like you’re the only one carrying this. On the outside, you look like you're managing. But inside, you're wondering what’s next—and if anyone truly understands.
You’re not alone.

I’m Chase Reed, M.A., LPC, and I walk alongside individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in existential and cognitive-behavioral therapy, crafted to help you uncover what you can and can’t control, untangle emotional overload, and build perspective that lasts beyond our sessions.
